Payment Processing

David & Susan Toronto reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders if payment authorization cannot be confirmed.

Refunds

  • If you are eligible for a refund (for example, after an approved return), the refunded amount will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

  • Refunds are always issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
