Return Policy

At David & Susan Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process clearly.


Return Conditions

Please note the following conditions apply to all returns:

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; wearing it is not.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations and returning part of the order are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@davidsusantoronto.ca within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

    • Please note: our suppliers may be located outside of Canada, including Asia (China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or import fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace).

David & Susan Toronto is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
